OK, Amsoil aint the %&#T
That's all automotive crap. read the oil facts article on motocross action site. motorcycle oil don't have the polution regulations that cars have. bike oil can use addatives that are better, "less friction". the best is the MB rated oil. but, you can't use it the transmission because clutch will slip. you have to use MA for the trany. some are seperate so u can use the MB in the crank case.

Oh, Sorry... I forgot you were a Petro-Chemical Engineer.. The oil is made for motorcycles specifically. I guess these guys are wrong too:

amsoil is by far the best oil i've ever used bar none. that includes 2stroke and 4 stroke.
